Jana (pronounced Yawn'ah) did this for me a while back. She was the artists of the webcomic LeComique that has since ended. You can still see some of LeComique's comics as well as some of her art at her DeviantArt Site.
Now this is just plain COOL! It was done by my fellow "Eyeskreamer" Andy. He does the super webcomic Pinch of Glass. He has a great style and a really awesome technique. Well worth taking a click-see. If you think this is cool, you ought to see the other fan art he did for all my other fellow "Skreamers!"
This was for Eyeskream's Comic Swap II. Jared way out did himself. He paints just about everything he does. He style and site is something to behold! to say it is immersive is an understatement! He site is called Head Injury Theater... yeah I typed that right. See what I mean. Even if the guest strip doesn't make you want to rush over there, the name alone should have got your interest!
I did this in honor of Eric Nault's webcomic Hellbound. He had just reached it's 100th strip so it was time to celebrate!I chose to do a rather seductive little piece of the star of his webcomic... Mel! This is a great comic and more than worthy of a click!
Frank Page the artist of Bob the Squirrel sent out a request for guest strips. Luckily he accepted one of mine. His strip is not only syndicated but it's a daily strip! I could never do that. Frank is also the full time political Cartoonist for the Rome Sentinel. You can see some of his Political cartoons HERE. As if that isn't enough! The guy is also painter! Check out his work HERE!
This I did for my pal Lou Graziani. Another fellow Eyeskreamer, and the guy who talked me into submitting over there. He does the wicked webcomic CY-BOAR! If you look close you'll see an iPod hooked up to the old Boar!
I was lucky enough to be given Hellbound for the Eyeskream Comic Swap II. And I'll be honest with you.. I was really worried about doing this guest strip! I mean his comic is great, and well I just wanted to do a really good job. At that time it was the biggest comic I had done.
This art was really fun to do. It's for Douglas Curtis and his webcomic The Flying Ferret. You gotta see his new site. it is pretty wicked. How wicked? How does a Flash intro with a Jazz soundtrack, how about a playable flash based action game staring none other than the Flying Ferret himself! Oh my... look who is leaning toward their screen now! So come on... get with the "clicky" and get over there!
Once I realized Lou had hit the one year mark with CY-BOAR I knew I had to do something quick! Now this isn't the most polished thing I ever done, it was a quickie on a scratch pad to be exact.
Thanks to everyone who sent pictures in!
